This half-day program will provide you with the latest information on how to comply with all of the State and federal laws regarding discrimination and harassment. Hear from these top human resource lawyers Dena Calo of Genova, Burns & Giantomasi; Kathleen Connelly of Lindabury; McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper and M. Trevor Lyons of Connell Foley about their experiences utilizing the most effective policies to protect your business, and your employees, from discriminatory behavior. Case law that impacts your human resources management procedures will also be covered.
