grants (up to $1 million) and job-creation
grants ($3,000 for each new job created)
- Main Street Business Assistance -
Obtain 5% fixed-rate loans through a
combination of bank and EDA financing.

- Business Employment Incentive
Program (BEIP) - Receive an incentive
grant for creating and maintaining at least 25
jobs in a two-year period.
- Business Retention and Relocation
Assistance Grant (BRAGG) - If your
business is relocating within New Jersey, you
can receive a tax credit of up to $1,500 per
employee for each job retained.

Manufacturers - The CEMF program
provides up to $3.3 million in grants and
interest-free loans to qualified manufacturing
projects in New Jersey through a competitive
solicitation.
US Small Business Administration 504 Program - The SBA provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land and buildings.
