NJBIA Workforce Training Partnerships – NJBIA has partnered with the Community College Consortium and the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development to make it easier for you to get basic-skills and customized training for your employees.

County College Training Consortium - A “one-stop” contact for New Jersey businesses seeking workforce training solutions. The County College Consortium draws upon the vast resources of the State's 19 community colleges to develop and deliver customized training.

NJ Workforce Training Programs – Centralized information on the State programs available to help your company train its workforce.

NJ Business Resource Centers (BRCs) – BRCs help small and midsize companies manage workforce issues like training and recruitment.  They also help companies navigate government agencies and non-profit organizations to find the resources they need for compliance and business development.

 

   

 

National Center for the American Workforce, NAM Manufacturing Institute - The Center for Workforce Success is an affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers. The Center’s mission is to find and promote workforce solutions for manufacturers.

National Association of Colleges and Employers - NACE is the leading source of information for human resources professionals who recruit and hire college graduates.

NJ Employment Information - Helps NJ employers search for qualified employees, post job openings and access state employment resources.

NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development - New Jersey’s main agency in charge of workforce training and development.

NJ Workforce Employment Projections - Statewide employment projections by industry and occupation through 2016.

US Department of Labor: Employment & Training Administration - The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is focused on understanding business' needs and funding training programs to help meet those needs.

US Congress, Committee on Education and Workforce - The US House of Representatives, Committee on Education and the Workforce handles issues relating to education and labor generally.

Helping Dislocated Employees - The NJ Department of Labor & Workforce Development can send a Response Team to employers confronting possible layoffs to provide on-site assistance to employees during working hours and at no cost.
