Dan Miller, Production Manager of Heisler Industries recently stated, "After attending a NJMEP seminar, Principles of Lean with Live Simulation, we had our NJMEP Field Agent conduct a QuickView Assessment.  The assessment was quite amazing; it pointed out many problems that we knew we had and needed to be addressed.  The QuickView gave us a much better look at our manufacturing operation and administrative practices.  This tool really zeroed in on our problems.  The QuickView compared us to other similar sized manufacturing firms and we were shocked to see we fell into the upper 25 percent in only three categories.  In the future we plan to work with NJMEP on those areas to improve our operations.  The Quick View Assessment opened our eyes and we look forward to working with NJMEP to implement them."
