These are just some of the anti-business bills the New Jersey Business & Industry Association is fighting every day in the Legislature.

While we have had success in keeping many bad bills from becoming law, we need your help. As an Association member, you are our single greatest resource in fighting anti-business legislation.

We invite you to become part of our NJBIA Key Person RAPID RESPONSE TEAM. Its members are business people like you who have a personal relationship with a State legislator. When a critical issue arises, we will ask you to contact that legislator as quickly as possible. We will provide you with all of the background on the issue you need and arguments bolstering the business community’s point of view.

A personal phone call from you to a legislator could make the difference between the defeat or passage of an anti-business bill. We know your time is valuable, so we will ask for your help only when it is essential.
