Networking
One of the great benefits of an NJBIA membership is the ability to make valuable connections for your company with industry peers and with leaders in business and state government. From our monthly policy committee meetings to our annual high-visibility events, NJBIA attracts the kind of leaders and knowledgeable insiders who are on the front lines of emerging business trends and State-government policies.
At the monthly Employer Legislative Committee (ELC) meetings, held in 18 New Jersey counties, local business people meet with their State legislators and other public officials over breakfast or lunch to discuss current issues.
At our ongoing Events and Seminars, you can network with your peers, develop new customers, meet with other professionals who share your concerns and challenges, and make face-to-face contacts with high-level leaders in business and government.
Through our Site Visit program, you can invite a State legislator to tour your business. Tell them about your products and services. Let them know what’s on your mind.
At the regular meetings of NJBIA’s Policy Committees, members meet to discuss the latest developments in State policies affecting health insurance costs, taxation, environmental regulation, energy, human resource management and other issues.
Be the first to learn about proposed or new laws and regulations in health insurance, energy, taxation, environmental regulations and other issue areas critical to the operation of your business with NJBIA Issue Network e-mails.
