The U.S. Department of Labor on Wednesday released its notice that covered employers must distribute regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

“Each covered employer must post the notice in a conspicuous place on its premises. An employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website,” according to a blog post by the law firm Connell Foley, NJBIA Employment Law Resource provider.
