The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, in collaboration with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, is inviting Mercer County-based small businesses and local organizations to attend a free Hometown Security Seminar on Friday, Nov. 15 in Lawrenceville.

NJOHSP’s Hometown Security program is a collaborative effort to discuss tools and resources that help strengthen the security and resilience of communities across New Jersey. Topics to be discussed at the seminar will include Active Shooter Preparedness, Cybersecurity and Individual and Community Preparedness.

The seminar will be held at New Jersey Special Olympics Headquarters at 1 Eunice Kennedy Shriver Way in Lawrenceville, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. There is no cost to participate, but space is limited to 100 attendees and registration is required.
