The New Start Career Network (NSCN), a program to serve experienced New Jersey job seekers, is operated by the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, a national policy and research center at Rutgers University. In partnership with the Rutgers University Career Services, this job fair will connect employers to qualified mature candidates with experience in the workforce.
