On Monday, Dec. 16 the Assembly and Senate approved a constitutional amendment (ACR-840/SCR-183) to ask voters whether to make cannabis legal for recreational use by adults age 21 and older.  The Assembly passed it (49-24-1) and the Senate passed it (24-16).

Since the measure passed with three-fifths of the vote the question will now appear on the November 2020 ballot.
