New Jersey Paid Sick Leave Law—Proposed Regulations

The NJ DOL has published proposed rules on how the Earned Sick Leave Law will be implemented, and will accept written comments through Dec. 14 to:

Trenton, NJ 08625-0110

The NJ DOL will conduct a public hearing on the proposed regulations for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13, in their auditorium – 1 John Fitch Plaza, Trenton.
