Requires the Department of Education website to provide a link to the Department of Treasury’s website where a list is maintained of all third-party individuals and vendors employed or retained for work associated with State educational assessments. This includes contractors, subcontractors, advisers or consultants retained for the administration, evaluation, social media monitoring for security breaches, grading, or development of assessments.
