The NJ Chamber Foundation is partnering with NJBIA on a series of roundtable discussions focused on the challenges and strategies of talent acquisition.

The Foundation and NJBIA recently completed studies about the best ways to develop and attract talent. Links to the study results are at the end of this email.

The two organizations continue to seek input on the reports, and have scheduled five round tables during the fourth quarter for this purpose.

To ensure these round tables are effective and the actions recommended are as substantive as possible, we are asking you to consider having people responsible for your talent acquisition participate in at least one of the round tables.

The schedule is below.  Each session runs from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Registration is required at this link: www.njchamberfoundation.org/study.
