As the United States government increases tariffs, small businesses should become familiar with what imported products are impacted so they can make informed business decisions.  Recently, the Small Business Administration (SBA) offered employers resources on how to deal with changes in imports and exports.

“U.S. businesses may request that individual imported products be excluded from the new tariff charges; and U.S. producers may also comment on why certain exclusions should be denied,” said SBA official Peter Cazamias in a recent blog post.

He also provides a list of U.S. Government resources for more information.
