Affordable Employee Training Exclusively for NJBIA Members LEARN MORE

NJBIA’s Women Business Leaders Forum has become a must-attend annual gathering for anyone who cares about making sure opportunities are available to everyone in New Jersey’s business community.

The forum focuses on building the skills women need to take on leadership roles in their respective organizations and serve as mentors for the next generation. This year’s event, “Owning Your Success,” will give over 500 women and men the opportunity to network, exchange ideas, gain leadership skills and identify how we can help women make headway in corporate leadership.

So join us Sept. 20 at the Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, NJ. Here are five NJBIA members talking about why they are going to this year’s forum.

Miriam Frolow, Phoenix University

“It’s an opportunity to have an authentic and honest conversation around what’s happening in the workplace.”

Last year’s Women Business Leaders Forum made a believer out of Karen Donaway of Sharpe, Kawam, Carmosino & Co., LLC.

“I came away from it so empowered…”

Christine Weber of SKIDATA, which hosted the most recent Women Business Leaders Network event.

For Yuk Louie, manager of Research and Development at ExxonMobil Research and Engineering, it’s an opportunity to interact with women across New Jersey.

Diana Wilf, Hamilton Jewelers
“The networking is amazing here…”
